Hello,

Support told us we needed to post here to get approval for a replacement evaluation kit. The unit we received had a hardware defect causing the pcie port to be unusable and also resulted in numerous shorted pins. Photos are attached. We have removed the port in an attempt to salvage the board and prevent development from being stalled, but would like a replacement sent to us since this one was damaged prior to shipment. Photos are below.
