How to dynamically change encoder's resolution in McFW chain?

Hi everyone,

     We can use links to build chain in newest RDK.  If we want to change encoder's link

resolution dynamically, we can use stop/delete/set parameters/create/start process. 

It takes about 500ms.  It need to do all processes for all links in that chain.  Is there any

better methods to achieve our goal?
