I have a question about DDR DQGATE length.
The datasheet describes DQGATE length as below.
SPRS668c : P119 Table 6-35. DQGATE Routing Specification
DQGATE Length F : Typ CKB0B1
(1) CKB0B1 is the sum of the length of the CK net plus the average length of the DQS0 and DQS1 nets.
But, does CKB0B1 length include Termination length?
Which one is correct, a) or b)?
a) F = CKB0B1. (F is include Termination length)
b) F + Termination length = CKB0B1. (F is not include Termination length)
