I don't find in formal TI datasheet of TMS320C6424 (SPRS347C–MARCH 2007–REVISED JUNE 2008) PCM - McBSP (pins: K1, J3, J1, J2, H1, H2, G1, G3, K3, H3, K2, G2) Rise/Fall time parameters.

The latest datasheet is SPRS347D (REVISED DECEMBER 2009). However, that will not provide you with rise/fall parameters.

You could use the IBIS model to validate interface timing. You can download the model for your specific package from here : https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320C6424#design-tools-simulation
