AM69A is not booting using micro SD card
Followed steps are given below:
1) SDK image is flashed to 16 GB micro SD card provided with the kit using Balena Etcher and is then placed in AM69A kit
2) To boot with micro SD Card: Dip Switches of SW2 (4 Switches) are turned OFF as per the document
3) Connections like Ethernet, HDMI are given as per the document
But when Power ON, AM69A is not booting.
Please provide any solution for this
What is the history of the board? Was it initially working and now stopped? If yes - what software version(s) previously worked?
The dip switches can move without toggling. Can you please toggle each dip switch to ensure set correctly (hear or feel the click). Then make sure set correctly for SD card boot (OFF, OFF, OFF, OFF)
The 3rd port should be the Linux console. However I have seen machines (Windows) re-arrange the port numbers. Can you verify boot log is not printed on any of the 4 ports?
I've also see some of the SD card cage pins (fingers) get bent lightly (if they get caught on something when moving board around). This can cause the pins to NOT make good contact with card when inserted. You can visually inspect - or use something small (small screw driver or thumb tack) to gently press each finger inward (just slight press)
