Update to the C6678 Errata

Hi,

Is there an update to the C6678 Errata which shows the released TMS version of the silicon?

Also, what is the ETA on the updated version of the Hardware Design Guide?

That would be the one that's currently posted on the C6678 website, it's the 2nd link. The HW Design Guidelines is being updated and we hope to have it out in the near future, but I can't give you an exact date.

I've just read the new version of the errata doc.

Does that mean if I buy a TMS version of the C6678 chip today it is silicon revision 1?

I was led to believe that a rev 2 was going to be released that will resolve many of the issues listed in the errata. What are the timescales for the revision 2? If you can't give an exact date, are we talking months, 6 months or a year?

Yes, PG1.0 has gone to TMS (production) PG2.0 samples are expected in Dec/Jan timeframe and should go TMS in late 2Q12.
