Hello Jim,

I've moved your inquiry into this separate thread as the FAQ was supposed to be locked.

The reason why the Acontis EC-Master was not added to the FAQ was because I am not aware of if it has been tested internally on TI processors before. I will double check with the internal team if it ever was setup before.

For software from a 3rd party, you should primarily check with them for examples and support.

Hi Jim,

Below is some information on Acontis running with SolidRun's AM64x SOM.

So yes Acontis EtherCAT Master can run on TI processors but for more specific support from 3rd parties such as Acontis, you would need to contact them directly.
