The Output video image is cracked for MJPEG all time and very rarely in case of H264.

The cracked image files are attached here with. This issue is been observed very frequently with MJPEG and rarely in H264 case.
For our debugging
1. we blocked all othere modules like Record, RTSP etc and we tried only with INPUT layer.
2. We made all Y / CbCr components as 0 alternatively before the process() call and found the same observation.
This Issue is producing for all resolutions of the DM368 + VGA PTZ camera.
