SK-AM62-LP: SK-AM62-LP: booting from SD card failed

Part Number: SK-AM62-LP

Tool/software:

Hello Team

I am currently facing a critical issue with my TI SK AM62 LP EVM board.  its a  new board and first time I am booting up the device.  Basically after powering the board with an external 5V supply and attempting to boot from an SD card , I am observing no output on the UART console,

Here are the steps I have already taken:

  1. Ensured stable power to the board uisng 5v adopter .

  2. Downloaded the flashing tool Balena Etcher version 1.19.25

  3. Flashed the SD card with tisdk-default-image-am62xx-evm.rootfs.wic.xz image.
    https://dev.ti.com/tirex/content/tirex-product-tree/am62x-devtools/docs/am62x_skevm_quick_start_guide.html

  4.  After flashing the image to SD card , changed the below file name
        Rename tiboot3.bin to tiboot3-default.bin.
        Rename tiboot3-am62x-gp-evm.bin to tiboot3.bin.

  5. Configured boot mode DIP switches correctly for SD card boot .

I suspect  that the bootloader (MLO and U-Boot) may be corrupted.I would like to proceed with flashing the entire boot image, including the MLO and U-Boot files. Could anyone provide guidance on how to correctly flash the bootloader and restore the system to a bootable state?

Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue is highly appreciated, as this is a critical blocker for my project.

Thanks and regards
Jyo
