AM62A7: Enable secure boot on AM62A SK EVM

Yocto SDK: 9.1.0

EVK: AM62A SK

We want to integrate secure boot on AM62A SK EVK. I have found below reference from AM62Ax Academy.

In this, SBL flash writer is used. But we are using SPL boot for our board. So, does this SBL writer will work for SPL as well? Please provide the reference for SPL if there is any. Let us know any other detail required.

The OTP Keywriter is available for MCU+ SDK only. Please use the same for generating the keywriter binary to convert HSFS to HSSE.

Once converted successfully, you may continue with your SPL boot flow.

Is there any other document apart from Academy for secure boot implementation. Academy has more generic steps rather than detailed steps.

Hello,

We have AM62x security resource download portal, where security collaterals/links/tools... are hosted
User may request access to AM62x security resource download portal with the link
https://www.ti.com/drr/opn/AM62X-RESTRICTED-SECURITY

The OTP Keywriter only works with the MCU+ SDK. The SDK & different tools version to be used is mentioned in the user guide.
