I'm a little confused with the use of bare-metal in the query. Are you looking for u-boot support or true bare-metal? We do not support GPU in bere-metal. Linux support is upstream, if porting I'd suggest to start with that.

TSN is just an umbrella term for several Ethernet driver features, with some user space components like linuxptp for 802.1AS. We support many TSN features in upstream Linux drivers using the iproute2 package. I'm not sure what u-boot support for TSN would actually mean, are you looking for PTP or which TSN feature?
