TDA4VE-Q1: How to move the text and data sections of C7x to the upper 2GB and let it boot up?

For modifications on the memory map, I would suggest you follow the below documentation as reference

9.9. Understanding and updating SDK memory map for J721S2 — Processor SDK RTOS J721S2

The Local heap and scratch are already in the upper 2GB region for the C7x core in the SDK. 

So I believe you are referring to the code region of C7x here right?

You can use the python script mentioned in the document to move the memory regions.

Note: Moving to upper 2GB means that there would be a virtual memory (0x100000000) to physical memory (0x880000000) mapping. You can refer to the local heap and scratch regions for the same
