AM3352: UniFlash is not detecting AM3352 target processor using Segger J-Link debug probes

I am not sure about JTAG flashing, but which UniFlash version do you use?

The last version of UniFlash which supports AM335x devices is v3.4.1.

This helps, I misinterpreted your previous messages. I initial thought that newer version should support AM335x.

Is there any alternate way to flash AM335x?

The most common method is to use Ethernet or USB boot mode to boot into U-Boot or Linux, then download images and flash.

OS running on AM335X is Windows Embedded CE 7.0. 

Windows CE is not supported on this forums. But if Windows CE or the boot loader has the download over Ethernet/USB and flashing capabilities, you can use it to download and flash, otherwise, I guess you would have to use JTAG flashing, but this method is not supported either on this forums.

You can also port U-Boot to your AM335x board, and use it to download and flash your Windows CE images.

Do we have any specific debugger to recommend to use with old UniFlash version (3.4.1) that's compatible with AM3352?

Again, I only see people asking questions in using UniFlash through Ethernet or USB Ethernet, but not with any debugger. So I am not sure to how use it. Anyway, the common TI debugger, such as xds110, should work with AM335x.

We will place the order for TMDSEMU110-U debugger today in order to use UniFlash software to flash AM3352 processor.

When I open UniFlash v3.4.1, I see the following screen. 

I would like to know what information needs to be filled here.

Is there any User Guide or video tutorials available on this?

As I mentioned many times here, I am not sure if UniFlash tool with use the JTAG interface. You can see in the UniFlash screen, it use the network interface.
