Hi Kim,

Its difficult to say, as it depends on the core loading and other factor, because core would be toggling the output pins essentially.

I understand that the TDA4VE can technically output a 2MHz clock via GPIO.

When there is significant core loading, does using eHPWM offer an advantage for outputting a 2MHz clock?

Well, most likely, yes, but i would request to refer to TRM for more details eHPWM.
