TDA4VE-Q1: ADC tolerance, bit error, refernece capacitance Query

Part Number: TDA4VE-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi TI,

I would like to know, TDA4VE's ADC Spec.

1) ADC Tolerance : ?

2) Bit errror : ?

3) Reference Capacitance : ?

(We used 100nF. But if TI has Guideline, We want to follow it)

4) I want to scale down a voltage range from 0V to 40V to a 1.8V level and sense the voltage in 0.1V increments using the TDA4VE.

Since the ADC voltage range of the TDA4VE is from 0V to 1.8V, I’m concerned that the range may be too narrow.

Although the resolution is 12-bit, I think there might be some inaccuracies. Would this be sufficient for sensing?

Best regards,
