Tool/software:
Hi TI,
I am currently using TDA4VM and otobrite IMX390 camera to do DPC in ISP Tuning.
The SDK version I use is 9.2.0.5, and the DCC Tool uses the latest version.
I know that this tuning can correct the dead pixels in my lens. When I take a completely black image, I can easily observe that using DCC Tool to do DPC can eliminate my dead pixels.
But when I use the calibrated lens to take images under normal conditions, I find that the left half of my image will turn purple, and there will be noise in the image. How can I solve this problem?
Hi Jiarong,
I find that the left half of my image will turn purple, and there will be noise in the image.
Do you mean when you turn on DPC, the output image will look weird?
Could you please share your capture raw and yuv images for this issue?
Hi, thank you for your reply.
This is the result after I set Threshold at 0~65536 to 0.
Hi Jiarong,
Thanks for sharing!
It looks like you run into the same issue as in the link below.
Do you enable DPC in the VISS parameters as recommended?
>> You also have to enable DPC in the VISS parameters, can you please check if you are setting vissDrvPrms->enableDpc flag to TRUE.
Hi Jiarong,
Could you please also share your DPC xml file?
DPC is turned on by default.
In your xml file, all DPC enable bits must be on.
