Dear Sir,
My customer run chamber test and found SOC surface temperature may have reach to thermal shut down.
The part number was tested is AM6232ATCGHAALW(-40 to 105 ℃).
The log show critical temperature reach 105 C, shutting down.
Is this controlled by TISCI inside DMSC?
What's the setting of 105C comes from? Is it determined by the part number customer choice?
Will the critical temperature become 125 C if customer use AM6232ATGGHIALW (-40 to 125 ℃) ?
