TMDXEVM8168 Rev. E Layout

The layout data of the TMDXEVM8168 Rev. E evaluation board is available for download, unfortunately it is in binary Cadence Allegro format. I would like to import this into Altium Designer, but this requires an Allegro installation.

Is there anybody who can supply the layout in ASCII format or in a format readable by Altium Designer? Any help will be appriciated.
