CCSTUDIO: Not able to detect C2000 boards

Hi,
I was expecting CCS Theia to detect hardware on installing, with no additional setup needed. However, it does not seem to be doing that:

Is there any additional setup which is required for CCS Theia to detect hardware?

Hi Ganesh,

This looks like autodetect for the F28P65 LaunchPad is not working. I am also experiencing this issue. Can you manually type "F28P65"in the text field and choose the relevant option that appears?

Hi Ki,

I am using F28388D control card. On manually entering F28388D in the text field I can see the following:

Is this issue present in some other families as well?

Are you using the TMDSCNCD28388D controlcard? This uses an onboard XDS100v2 which I don't believe has support for autodetect.

Hi Ki,

Sorry for not being clear in my previous post. I wanted to ask about resources regarding which connections are supported for the autodetect feature, like does it work only for XDS110 onwards or something?

Currently only MSP430 and XDS110 based TI launchpads/evms.
