TDA4VM: Try to run on EVM : empty folder

Hi,

I am working on TDA4VM EVM  for the first time. I have to work offline on my host PC (Ubuntu 18.04). 

I am using the getting started guide in the following link:

At step 4, when trying to run on EVM, I don't have opt or vision_apps folders. I followed each steps of vision apps user guide.

What is the problem? How can I fix it?
