SK-AM62-LP: Buildroot

Hi Neil,

ok my little board port to SK-AM62-LP to enable Buildroot on that platform was successful. Please try re-building using the attached ti_release_am62x_lp_sk_defconfig file. The effective delta vs. the non-LP defconfig file for reference is as follows:
