Welcome to the TI E2E forum! I know you will find a lot of helpful information here by searching the forum for other peoples questions that are similar you any questions you may have, and by getting answers to the questions you post. Also keep in mind the application information and device documentation provided through the TI.com site and the many technical topics that are written and available through the TI Wiki Pages.

Honestly, I wish you had purchased a board for a more recent DSP, like the C6747 or C6748. These are faster and lower in price than the C6713B. But the C6713B is a popular and very widely used DSP with a lot of capabilities.

The interface you choose needs to match with the microphone ADCs that you choose. You can do an internet search for daughtercards for the C6713, and I am sure you will find some that you could use.

Or you can build your own using prototyping daughtercard boards for the DSK6713.

If you use four separate ADCs, then you may want to use the McASP interface since you can use 4 separate serial lines at the same time at the same sample rate. Or a single ADC chip can have 4 input channels and only use one output port; in this case, either a McBSP or one line of the McASP could be used.
