I would like to input 32bit data * two port for AM4376.
Then, can I use both EDMA and QDMA?
Is there any concern?

You can use both EDMA and QSMA, the only difference is the method the system uses to trigger transfers. Please see TRM section 10.3.4.3 Comparison Between DMA and QDMA Channels

By the way, Device has 64ch EDMA.
Is only the 3ch able to accept external requests from the FPGA?
