Hi,

I use a EVM TMS320C6474, 

my CCS version is: 5.0.3

I setup an new target configuration and launch, when I connect target, there is a error:

IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target:  (Error -151) @ 0 (0x0)

please tell me how can I deal with this problem. Thank you in advance.

    Did you choose XDS100v1 as your emulator connection type?  I know you attached your project, but this has nothing to do with connecting to the emulator.  So, let's focus specifically on the target connection.
