TDA4VL-Q1: TDA4 SA5 ti SCI intigrate issue

Tool/software:

Hello TI experts:

We are trying to intigrate the PDK 10 in our ECU.and we meet some issue in intigrate the SCI module.

we are using the packages\ti\drv\sciclient\soc\V4\tifs-hs-enc.bin for tifs firmware.

and when the A72 core booted,the logs prints as bellows.

it seems the SCI have already response the request but not correct
