PROCESSOR-SDK-J784S4: Need "perf_stats" as command line utility on PSDK 9.2

Tool/software:

perf_stats how to enable/build/use from command line and in our code as well.

In PSDK 9.2 version, in vision_apps demos, we see when print performance stastics, same utitlity we want to have as command line on target file system. How to get it ?

Is there any pre-built perf_stats executable that we can directly use ? or how to build from PSDK.
