The following problems have been reported in the customer's IC.

Lot:18P0HEQ742ABYG1
Probability of occurrence:2/1345
・LAN transmit signal stops when operating at high temperature
・CPU stops and freezes at high temperature operation.
We checked ERRATA and could not confirm the above defects.
Please let me know if you have had similar problems in the past and if you know the cause.
