Is there anything to information of DEVICE_REV[15:0] register (address：0x01B0 0200)?

My customer is checking product.

When reading DEVICE_REV (0x01B00 0200)

The value of the lower 16 bits should read 6415, but it was 6414. (Read value: 0x0012 6414

The device marking is 6415.

We want to know why is this?

Can you provide the full part numbers from the device - a picture would be ideal.
