Dear TI,

I have referenced this design and made numerous changes to the peripheral I/O. I greatly appreciate this excellent design.

Q1: Can the devicetree.dtsi file generated by this tool be directly used to configure a new board?

Q2: Can the tool be used to verify if there are any errors in the multifunction pin design of the peripheral circuits?

    Yes, the tool can generate a dtsi file for the captured configuration.

    SysConfig will not allow peripheral pins to be selected that are not in the same IOSet  - The datasheet states that the SysConfig tool must be used for this purpose. 

    SysConfig will also provide warnings if the is an IO voltage conflict that the board designer should be made aware of  This can be enabled via the device settings - battery icon, highlighted by the orange circle.
