SK-AM62: SD card boot not happening

Part Number: SK-AM62

Tool/software:

Hi ,

I am using AM62x (cannot disclose) EVM board, I am trying to do SD card boot. I have followed the getting started guide that came along with the EVM.

 1. I followed the method in the guide to format the SD card (for windows).

2. Copy the prebuilt binaries into the SD card and insert in EVM slot

3. Set the boot switch for SD boot.

4. View the UART terminal for boot related prints.

5. I don't see anything on the terminal.

Note: The board boots with OSPI boot, and prints on the uart terminal.

Are there any additional steps to boot from SD card? Can i just copy the images directly from PC to SD card or this should be done with any particular app?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Dee
