AM68: The LPDD4 issue for AM68

I am not sure I fully understand the question; however, we support different density sizes. It would require software updates. You would need to update register settings which can be done through the DDR register configuration tool (https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=TDA4x_DRA8x_AM67x-AM69x_DDR_Config&device=J721S2_TDA4VE_TDA4AL_TDA4VL_AM68x ), as well as ensure that software only tries to access DDR address region physically populated. 

Two key clarifications of LPDDR4 memory types not supported with AM68:

• We do NOT support LPDDR4x (0.6 Volt IO)
• We do NOT support byte mode memories
