[AM3703] Connecting NAND on GPMC CS7

Hi All,

My customer need to connect two NAND devices to AM37xx custom device, one NAND is connected to CS0 and other to CS7 of GPMC.
NAND connected to CS0 is 16 bit 256MB, and NAND(H27UBG8T2BTR-BC) connected to CS7 is 8 bit, 4GB.

The NAND which is connected to CS0 is working fine, with the ti Flash tool(Flash_v1.6.0.0) able to erase/write. But NAND which is connected to CS7 is not working. Registers are modified according to CS7, please find the attached custom config file and flash tool logs.

Please let me know, how to interface nand on GPMC CS7.

Sathish, it looks like your muxmode for CS7 is set to safe mode. It should match what you have for CS0.

Hello James,

Thanks for the reply. Got same error after changing mux values(Mode0/Pull-up/Output).
What will be the address space mapped for CS7, we need to mention this in confi file when loading the driver.
