Hi, the USB DFU bootmode pins are shown in the following guide:

The guide you provided does not match the EVM, and the bootmode pins are different.

The following picture is the bootmode pins that boot from eMMC.

It looks like you are using the PROC114E1 revision EVM. Can you please confirm that?

Yes，i'm using the PROC114E1 revision EVM.

This explains the issue. This revision did not have the support for USB boots as documented in the EVM's user guide.

Please migrate to the following latest EVM
