We have New use case to access the Ethernet MAC from A53 Core and R5F MCU core at the same time , so I need confirm the following ,

1- Can CPSW3G be accessed directly from both core at the same time ?

2- CPSW3G switch is allocated to R5F Main ?

3- What is the readiness of the CPSW3G switch SW in AM62A SDK ?

according to technical reference manual CPSW3G can be accessed direct or through Ethernet Switch SW or MAC direct access independently

Currently, we do not support Etherent in MCUSDK-AM62A.

AM62Ax MCU+ SDK: Introduction

Can you please contact TI fileld team to provide business justification to enable it ?

Hello ,

I'm not concerning FreeRTOS Over A53 , My objective to have QNX/ Linux in A53 Core and R5 MCU both have access to Ethernet

Yes , MCU R5 will be AUTOSAR , A52 Core Qnx and FreeRTOS for R5 main

Currently, parallel access of CPSW3G from A53(Linux) and R5F(RTOS) is not supported.
