Hi,

I am using CCS V5.5 and XDS510LC for programming TMS320F28335. Before few days I was able to program the DSP, but from yesterday I am getting error " Spectrum Digital XDS510USB Emulator_0/C28xx : Target must be connected before loading program. I also tried on EVK for the same, but didn't succeed.

Please help, any suggestion would be appreciated.

Make sure that the CCS debugger did properly connect to the target. If you are debugging a project, make sure disable the option to autoconnect:

Thanks for your kind response.

I have checked CCS debugger connections. All are ok. I followed the link as specified by you but still I am not able to connect. I have configuration file project.ccxml file and project.out file , I need to program my TMS320F28335 with the help of CCSV5.5(both files are built on this CCS version) and SD XDS510LC.

The error states that the target is not connected when the program load is attempted. What happens when you then try to manually connect the target?
