AM6421: DDR Boundary Scan

     We are using AM6421 with DDR4 K4A8G165WB-BCRC and JTAG XDS1100. 

      We would like to understand how Boundary Scan being used for testing DDR.

     We would appreciate if you could share the procedure or tests involved for Boundary scan test for DDR and documentation or link to, will be helpful
