OMAP37xx MMC Issue

Hi, I am trying to boot OMAP37xx EVM from Mistral. Boot Loader, Kernel are booting properly. But after kernel starts running, the MMC1_1v8 LED is switched-off and unable to access the RFS from SDCard/MMC interface. In one of the e2e discussion mentioned that, it may be related to MUX. But even after disabling the MUX also no change in the state. Any suggestion to overcome this?

I think Kernel is disabling MMC power. Which PSP release (kernel version) are you using?

Thanks Vaibhav. I am using Kernel 2.6.32 (Pre-build images are downloaded from Link: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_tii/TI_Android_DevKit/TI_Android_GingerBread_2_3_4_DevKit_2_1/index_FDS.html).

Strange...

I expect this pre-built images should work without any issues, can you try plain vanilla Linux PSP release just to cross check? You can access PSP release package on kernel 2.6.32 at - http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/psp/LinuxPSP/OMAP_03_00/03_00_01_06/index_FDS.html

Thanks Vaibhav. I will try with that image. And as the U-Boot and Kernel are getting loaded with-out any problem, I assume, there won't be any hardware related issues :)

Thanks Vaibhav. We narrow down, this issue is related to the SD Card Cage. Bcoz, Board is getting booted with new image, only if we press and hold the SD Card. Apart from this issue, I feel, there are some difference in the Kernel conf. Now comparing the config.gz with my .config
