AM625: eMMC boot partition

Hi,

In Processor SDK, u-boot sector in eMMC boot partition is 0x1400.

However, according to default_sbl_emmc_linux.cfg in MCU+ SDK, u-boot sector is 0x0A00 (flash-offset=0x280000).

Do sector differences not matter?

Processor SDK: 09.02.01.09

MCU+ SDK: 09.02.00.38

Hi Koji-San,

The offset 0x280000 translates to sector offset 0x1400 in the boot partition as the eMMC block size is 512bytes, so the u-boot sector is same in both processor SDK and MCU + SDK.

Hi Meet,

If the eMMC block size is 512bytes, the size of 0x400 block is 0.5MB.

The partition for tispl.bin is started 0x400 but the size of partition for tiboot3.bin is 1MB.

So, these partitions are overlapped.
