PCIe and DMM interleave mode

Is there a PCIe register setting that has to change if I change the DMM  memory mode from interleave to non-interleaved mode?  I need to get a test app working with the DMM mode set to non-interleaved becasue we are currently having issues with interleave mode.  So on the ti8168 EVM board my test app will work in interleaved mode but fails when I switch it over to non-interleaved mode.
