Tool/software:
#1. Which peripherals belongs to Partial IO mode to be able to trigger PMIC_LPM_EN0?
#2. Is WKUP_xx peripherals belong to Partial IO? if not, is WKUP_xx peripherals used to wake up from WFI sleep mode?
#3. Are low power mode and deep sleep mode implemented in SDK? I did not find such information in SDK user guide.
#4. The TRM has not Power Modes section as mentioned in datasheet, while AM62x TRM has it.
#5. Will SDK implement below power modes transition? The figure copy from AM62x TRM.
