PROCESSOR-SDK-J722S: Could Linux SDK debug with a static IP address?

I don't have a network router,so I want the development board to have a static IP address in TFTP stage and NFS stage.How to solve it？

And，how to change the default bootargs？Are there any file could storge the environment variables？“/boot/uEnv.txt” is almost empty.

This can be changed on the u-boot prompt at runtime (see printenv), OR the user can customize "am64x.env" as necessary and rebuild u-boot for the user's board design.
