On the "AM62Ax SitaraTm Processors " data sheet section: 7.10.2.2.1 Power-Up Sequencing

There is waveform without the time parameter on the X axis.

For example, what is the minimum maximum time between rising of Waveform A to rising of waveform B?

Were can I find this data?
