DM365 not erasing/flashing

Hi all,
I am working on the DM365 custom board, I am facing the flashing issues. We are using 1.2 version processor, with NAND MT29F16G08FAA. The flashing utility we are using is flash-utils-davinci.tar.gz(Version 1.50).
The utility stops at

"DONE received. Command was accepted." while erasing the NAND.

I also used the flash utility(Version 1.67) from the DaVinci-PSP-SDK-03.21.00.04.tgz. but the later is giving the error saying

File sft_DM365_297_DDR270_NAND.bin was not found in the assembly or in the current directory.


Interfacing to the DM36x via UART failed.
Please reset or power-cycle the board and try again...

I am unable to erase and flash the custom board, can you tell what wrong i am doing. or any thing i am missing.
