AM625-Q1: Could we boot u-boot from eMMC user partition?

Part Number: AM625-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi, Dear Expert.

Customer suffers from boot issue from eMMC boot.

We already know "root cause"  is customer's u-boot.img is bigger than 2MB, but their eMMC chip (type: THGBMTG5D1LBAIL) boot partition "only" allow max size is 2MB.

We found some eMMC part have size limitation in boot partition, isn't?

Beside reduce bootloader size, do we have another workaround way?

We think the only solved way is try to boot from eMMC "user partition", Is it possible?

How do we solve this problem.

Thank You.
