Not enough memory, c5515

Hi there,

My customer is interested in the C5515 as a follow on to their C5509A design because it is much lower power and has more memory. Just wanted to reconfirm that there are no parts on the immediate horizon with more memory/lower power?

2nd part of the question:

Seems like 320 memory is bigger than what we have but not that much, so we were wondering if we can use parallel flash on the board to store our code and boot from it and use the RAM for everything else ?

This probably will give us more room. Also I would like to know if we can boot from the flash from different addresses, such as we store 2 versions of our code to flash, first one is the main one and second is the back up code and I would like to know if I can boot from different addresses so I can boot version 1 or 2 any time we like.Is that possible?
Thanks in advance.
