Could you please share the list of compatible NAND flash options for the AM62A7 in automotive grade.

We are specifically looking for those that have already been tested with the AM62A7 and have an available driver, or can be modified with minimal effort.

Hi Rishabh,

On the TI EVM, we have a NAND flash which is W35N01JWTBAG. So you can go ahead with it. The SDK is built and tested based out of this flash part.

Apart from this, there have been few other flashes tested by different customers, namely: MT29F1G08ABAEAWP, MT29F4G08ABAFA, MT29F8G08ADAFAH4 and more.
