Tool/software:
My customer is currently using the DSP (TMS320C6655) in their equipment.
Specifically, during DSP initialization, they perform DDR initialization, but sometimes, not always, the problem occurs.
The issue is that while there are no problems when the DSP itself performs Write/Read operations to the DDR memory, an error arises when a PC writes to the DDR memory through the DSP (via DMA), where a 1-bit value is written incorrectly.
This issue persists until we completely power off the system or reinitialize the DDR memory on the DSP.
For the DDR initialization, we have entered the register values using TI's DDR3 PHY Calc and DDR3 Register Calc v4 tools.
Could you please advise on any error-checking registers or methods we could use to investigate this issue further?

Ted
