I have seen in Matrix_gui user guide how to deactivated matrix at target startup, but now i would like to stard with a specific program, how should i do that ?

Thank you for your reply, but i think there is a misunderstanding. My previous post was not clear enought, i will re-formulate what i would like to do:
Instead of starting with Matrix-gui at target startup, i would like to change the entry_point, it means at target startup i would like to start one program of my own (helloworld for example) which already is on the target.
I don't want to open my hyperterminal and executing the ./helloworld program at each target startup, i am looking for an automatic solution.
For information, I already have read the quick start guide, the software Developer's guide and more but there is not what i am looking for.

I found it EUREKA.
I have made a link on my program on /etc/rc5.d directory, with link name started with the letter S, and rename S99matrix-gui-e into K99matrix-gui-e.
