Hello.

I am developing with AM62x board.

While conducting various tests, sometimes U-boot boot failure occurs.

During boot test due to power re-applied, the following log occurs.

Authentication passed
Authentication passed
Authentication passed
ti_sci system-controller@44043000: ti_sci_get_response: Message receive failed. ret = -110
ti_sci system-controller@44043000: Message not acknowledgedAuthentication failed!
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

The Linux version of the SDK I am using is 5.xx. 08.06.00.42 (February 24, 2023)

Can you tell me the patch history changed for this issue?

Hi,

What are the changes being implemented on top of 8.6 SDK?

Also, does this issue persist at every boot?

Hi,
This is a symptom of boot failure that appears occasionally.
I am testing it with all files under the build-dependencies/ti-linux-firmware/ti-sysfw directory in u-boot updated to the latest.

Is there a patch that can help me?

Hi,

A mismatch of the Kernel version and the TI-FW binaries can cause a problem.

Could you use the same release version for all the binaries and check if the issue still occurs?
