Hi I'm trying to figure out how to set the clock source for the dm timers for the 8148. The section 4.1(Control Module Registers) in tms320dm8148 (SPRS647B–MARCH 2011–REVISED SEPTEMBER 2011) is empty. Specifically, I'd like to know the dsp-side register to program to get timer 7 to accept DEVOSC (or other clock sources). I'm also trying to figure out what other dividers it might go through prior to getting to the actual timer IP, 19.1.3 (funtional block diagram of the dm timers).
I think I'm running into a documentation problem. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320dm8148.pdf which is the latest, was revised on Sept 2011 and I don't see the information in the TRM (although I could have overlooked it). I see the reference of 2.3.9 Timer Clock Structure in the TRM, but where is the detail on these registers?
Any help would be appreciated.
